Introduction
Hello and welcome to Miss Krysta's mobile music lessons. I specialize in teaching piano and voice to young beginners in the Clovis and Sanger area! I've been involved in music my whole life from piano and flute to advanced voice, and it is such a joy to share my passion for music with little ones!
Using the Faber Piano Adventures curriculum, I help children establish a firm foundation in beginner music reading and foster a love of music. I use a variety of games and tactics to keep them engaged and eager for their lesson each week! I recognize that learning to play the piano and harness the beauty of the voice is a lifelong endeavor so my goal is to keep learning fun and avoid rigid and boring lessons that can result in quick burnout. My students are always happy to see me and fighting over who gets to "go first" among siblings.
Homeschool families can benefit from my status as an approved vendor. Additionally, all families can rest assured I have passed the necessary background check and been livescan fingerprinted as required for homeschool vendors. If for some reason you find I am not a good fit for your child or their particular needs, I can help you connect with another mobile teacher as I am affiliated with Brian Hammons Piano and his carefully vetted network of skilled piano teachers.
